About the role:
As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

Your Skills and Experience
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
Nice to have:
Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer
Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
